At Kicks & Crawl, we know how exciting it is to receive your little one’s essentials. That’s why we strive to process and ship every order as quickly and carefully as possible.

Order Processing

·         Orders are processed within 3–5 business days after confirmation.

·         During peak seasons, sales, festive periods, or periods of high order volumes, processing and delivery times may be longer than usual.

·         Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and Regional/National holidays.

Shipping Timeline

·         Standard delivery: 3–7 business days across most locations in India.

·         Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier partner.

Shipping Charges

·         Free Shipping: Available on all prepaid orders above ₹1,299.

·         Standard Shipping: A flat shipping and handling fee of ₹50 applies to prepaid orders below ₹1,299.

·         Cash on Delivery (COD): Available on orders above ₹499, with an additional charge of ₹100.

·         Express Shipping: Available on prepaid orders for an additional charge of ₹150, subject to service availability in your location.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email, SMS, or WhatsApp to monitor your delivery in real time.

Delivery Delays

While we work with trusted courier partners, unforeseen circumstances such as adverse weather conditions, festivals, strikes, natural disasters, or remote delivery locations may occasionally cause delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Incorrect Shipping Details

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate before placing your order. Kicks & Crawl cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.

Damaged Packages

If your package appears damaged upon delivery, please take clear photographs before opening it and contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Our team will be happy to assist you.


Return & Exchange Policy

Your baby’s comfort and your satisfaction mean everything to us. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns & Replacements

For hygiene and safety reasons, Kicks & Crawl does not accept returns or exchanges on products that have been delivered in good condition.

However, if you receive a product that is:

·         Damaged

·         Defective

·         Incorrect

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and share:

·         Your order number

·         Clear photographs of the product

·         Photographs of the outer packaging

·         Photographs of the shipping label (if applicable)

To be eligible for a replacement or refund:

·         The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

·         All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.

Once we receive and review the details, our team will assess the request and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

Return Shipping

·         If the issue is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, Kicks & Crawl will bear the return shipping cost.

·         Returns that do not meet the above eligibility criteria may not be accepted.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will fall under the above return policy.
