There’s always a first time for everything. This first time is most of the time just scary but here we are, telling you, that we got your back!
Now that you’ve entered this phase and are ready to bring a new life into the world, there’s so much you’ve got to do. But that’s alright. Just like everything else in life, you need a ‘lil confidence and a few Kicks & Crawl tips to help you make the journey a little bit smoother.
Let’s get down to the basics. You’re a first-time mom and now looking to get some first-time essentials. If you’ve not thrown a baby shower yet, you can create a list for the same. If you’re not throwing one, you can still get these first-time essentials with just a few clicks.
So, what really do you need?
- Changing Pad- This is a great investment because there’s going to be at least a year and hundreds of diapers being wrapped and unwrapped on this station. The changing pad makes it easier for you to quickly open, clean and throw away an older diaper and put on a new one. Also, since the baby’s going to be wearing diapers for a long time, it’s always a good idea to keep one in handy. These products are also durable, so you can save them in case you’re planning on having another baby a few years down the line.
- Onesies - The cutest little clothing ever! Onesies are another excellent addition for you as a first-time mother because you want your little one to be wrapped up and warm in their clothes. Also, babies grow quickly, so it’s always good to have a nice stock of onesies for their first year of growth. You can get some absolutely cute prints to add to the collection and liven it up.
- Pacifier - Pacifiers are an excellent way to help babies with their teething issues and also allows them to suck on something as they’re awake. You can get pacifiers that come with toys attached at the end, to make them look adorable. You can start them off with a basic pacifier and then allow them to get ones with toys hanging at the end of them. They’ll love to play with it and you can get your other work done while they’re happily distracted.
- Feeding Bottles - Whether it’s using formula or just breastfeeding, keeping a good, sturdy set of baby bottles is always a good idea. It’s always good to have three to four of them lying around because you don’t want to constantly keep washing and sanitizing them when needed. Our bottles are manufactured and sourced from the best brands so your little one enjoys feeding time, safely.
These are some of the essentials you should have as a first-time mom. Here’s hoping for you to have a safe, fulfilling and loving journey ahead.
